NINJA CREAMI 101

Here is everything and anything you'd need to know on how to create delicious homemade ice cream.

  • Choose a flavor for base

-chocolate, vanilla, fresh/frozen fruit

  • Choose a liquid

-any flavor or brand pre mixed protein shake, any type of milk(cows, goat, almond, cashew), water, juice

-avoid filling to the max fill line (this makes it hard to add mix ins later)

  • Choose a protein powder (unless using a premixed one stated above)

  • Add additional items for creaminess/ sweetness

-jello mix, pudding mix, powdered peanut butter or cocoa, stevia or swerve sugar, SPRINKLE of salt

  • Add fresh or frozen fruit if you'd like a fruity flavor added to your ice cream (example strawberries and cream, peaches and cream)

-strawberries, peaches

  • BLEND AND FREEZE OVERNIGHT

-Make sure container is sitting upright so fluid can freeze flat

  • When ready to eat:

-Run hot water on outside of the container for 60 seconds or allow to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes

-Hit the button for LITE ICE CREAM

-Add 1tbsp of water and RESPIN

-Remove a scoop in the center of the pint, add the mix ins, place the pint back into the Ninja once more and hit MIX INS.

(MIX- INS- cookies, chocolate chunks, syrups, honey, peanut butter, fiber one brownies, sprinkles, etc.)

  • ENJOY!!

How to Store:

If you have left over ice cream, make sure you flatten the top out in the creami pint, and you can store it in the freezer with the lid on. When you are ready to eat, repeat the same steps as you would to make it the first time. Start with the “lite ice cream” cycle, then add a little bit of liquid (milk or water) to the center of the pint and hit the “re-spin” button. You might need to run this cycle 1-3 times to get it to your desired creaminess.
