PERSONAL TRAINING

In-person training (One on One):
This option is great for those who are new to the gym and looking to learn how machines work, how to plan a workout, need help with form when performing exercises, and nutritional help.
Training takes place in Independence in my home gym. Sessions are 30 minutes.

1:1 hands on personal training
2-3 additional workouts per week with guided videos

Nutrition accountability (Daily Food log feedback)

This option is great for those with busy schedules, but need the extra help on planning workouts and nutritional guidance. This option you may choose GYM or HOME version

This options is great for those who have the gym part mastered but looking for extra nutritional guidance. No exercise plan is included with this option

POWER BOOTY PROGRAM
