  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced

  • Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper for extra heat

For Garnish

  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese (reduced fat)

  • Fresh parsley chopped

  • Lemon zest or juice

1. Prepare the Chicken

  • Pat the chicken dry and place in a bowl or on a tray.

  • Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then rub in paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

  • Let marinate briefly (10-15 minutes), or up to 1 hour in the fridge for deeper flavor.

2. Bake the Chicken

  • Preheat oven to 400°F

  • Arrange seasoned chicken in a baking dish and drizzle with oil.

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165°F

  • Heat gently over low-medium heat for 2-3 minutes until bubbly and fragrant.

  • Taste and adjust heat with more chili flakes or a pinch of cayenne if desired.

4. Assemble and Finish

  • Pour hot honey sauce over the cooked chicken.

  • Sprinkle crumbled feta over the top.

  • Let sit for a few minutes so the feta begins to soften or melt slightly.

  • Garnish with parsley or lemon zest.

5.Serve with a side of veggies or rice.
