BLUEBERRY PANCAKE BOWLS- makes 6 servings

Ingredients:
Kodiak Mix
Vanilla protein powder- UMP bakes amazing
Blueberries (can do fresh or frozen)
Directions:
•Preheat oven to 350
•Spray 6 glass oven safe containers with nonstick spray
•In a large mixing bowl mix:
2 cups Kodiak Mix
2 scoops of Vanilla protein powder
2.5 cups water
1.5 cups blueberries (I like to add these in before it is mixed to avoid the berries from falling to the bottom of the pancake)
•Divide 3/4 cup into each container.
•Bake 25-27 minutes until pancake batter is cooked.
•Top with syrup if you’d like!
•Store and refrigerate. Reheat 1.5 minutes in microwave.
•Macros are based on my ingredients without syrup or cooking spray (what you use will need to be added):
