Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Meatballs

This recipe screams summer and is super delicious!!




This is what you will need to make this recipe:

• 1/2 package of Amylu Teriyaki Pineapple Chicken Meatballs (I found them at Costco)

•1, 20oz can of pineapple tidbits

•3 cups cooked basmati rice

•3/4 cup G Hughes BBQ sauce


In a large sauce pan add the chicken meatballs and heat for about 5 min. Be sure to keep flipping to avoid burning. Add pineapple and BBQ sauce to the pan and allow to simmer for 5-10 min while rice cooks. Add 1/2 cup rice to each dish with 4-5 meatballs and mixture. Store in airtight containers for up to 5 days. Makes 6 servings.
